Along the journey of life and career there are many situations, obstacles, joys, and experiences. I have found that many times I was able to learn from the experience of others to avoid making similar mistakes. It is also great to continue learning by reading articles and blog posts from others. I’ve now been working for a total of 25 years and in my current industry for 15, and still wonder sometimes when I became the adult, or even what I want to be when I grow up. That isn’t to say I haven’t been fulfilled in many positions along the way, but times change, so do we and how we think and feel about different situations.
Why do this?
- It is one of my missions in life to share my passion for integrated quality. This is when a person authentically is what they do. You can find it in some of the best customer service representatives you love to deal with, the Sales guy that isn’t over the top, or the leader that makes you feel like you want to give your all.
- Opportunity to share my experiences and thoughts so that others may have a chance to share in other points of view
- a method to mentor those who are seeking to better themselves.
I am by no means a picture of perfection, but my perfectly imperfect journey i hope will inspire others to take on new challenges and evolve into their future self, whatever that may be.
